Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Job Summary:The Sales Support team has responsibility for assisting with critical execution of our spinal surgery offerings. In particular, the development and deployment of strategies to support sales growth objectives. The team is the conduit between the business and the sales organization relative to deploying and achieving business objectives. The Spine Sales Support Specialist will provide reporting and guidance to key business partners and play an integral in inventory management and deployment, instrumentation spend, open orders analysis, and other commercial analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Identifies analytical needs of US sales organization and works collaboratively to provide valuable, impactful insights and clear communication.
Builds capabilities and analytics to assist sales organization
Develops detailed analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to evaluate the sales performance
Supports sales team by organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources to identify trends and provide insights-based recommendations.
Proactively identifies new insights to support business decisions and sales operation needs.
Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.
QualificationsExperience and Skills:Education:
BA/BS required
Required:
2 years minimum business experience in logistics, finance, marketing, commercial operations, and/or related experience
Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners
Strong history applying sophisticated excel and Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
Creative problem-solving skills are required
Build Power BI reporting, in-depth knowledge of data modeling
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers is required.
Experience in data management, analysis and visualization, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action.
Ability to effectively develop and present oral presentations
This role may require up to 10% domestic travel
Preferred:
In-depth knowledge of Tableau, Qlik and/or Alteryx strongly preferred.
History of applying an ERP system, i.e., SAP
Experience with inventory and sales analysis preferred
Experience with process improvement preferred
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington up to 56 hours per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
