Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.
Duties
Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Task for plumbing may include replacing a toilet, a mixer valve, faucet, and similar tasks.
Electrical tasks may include installing light fixtures, replacing plugs and plates, and troubleshooting.
Carpentry work, including installing a door, flooring, and molding, trim. Address repairs such as drywall patching and painting.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Make sure grounds and hallways are clen and free of debris.
Requirements
Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
