Responsibilities:
Inspecting manufactured products ensuring they meet the specified standards and specifications
Inspect, accept or reject finished product
Measure products using calipers, gauges, micrometers, micro heights and CMM
Preparing required forms and certifications for quality assurance
Recommending adjustments if needed to the assembly/production process
Reading blueprints and specifications
Identify product defects, reporting and recording issues
Working with process improvements and making necessary repairs
Qualifications:
Previous quality control inspection in machine shop
Experience with calipers, gauges, micrometers, micro heights and CMM
Experience reading blueprints
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – First Shift
The pay is up to $33- 36.00/hour based on experience
