HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
- $65K–$75K/year depending on experience
- Fair dispatching — no “pet techs” hogging the gravy work
- Health insurance (50% employer-paid)
- Paid vacations
- Paid major holidays (plus the 4th of July week off, paid)
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
- Use the shop after hours for personal vehicles
- Parts at cost for your own repairs

✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – Our schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30. Paid holidays, paid vacation (1 week after a year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 10), and the 4th of July week off (paid). We believe you should have a life outside the shop.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – This is a high-volume, fast-paced shop that other shops send their tough jobs to. Our reputation and word-of-mouth keep the bays full year-round, so you’ll always have solid work and steady hours.
✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – From oil changes and state inspections to advanced diagnostics, engine jobs, and alignments, there’s always variety. You’ll be surrounded by skilled techs to bounce ideas off and sharpen your own skills.
✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN DOOR POLICY) – This is a tech-owned shop. Gary’s been a tech since 1984, so he knows what it takes. If he says he’s going to do something, he does it. Your opinion is respected, and decision-makers are on site.
✓ WE WILL INVEST IN YOU – We cover ASE/state inspection certs and provide access to NAPA AutoCare training. The shop is stocked with 5 up-to-date scan tools, a Hunter Hawkeye alignment system, and any new equipment needed to do the job right.
✓ SAFE, WELL-EQUIPPED, ORGANIZED SHOP – If something breaks, it gets replaced. No cutting corners on safety or equipment. The shop is clean, organized, and equipped so you can focus on doing great work.
✓ NO DRAMA CULTURE – You won’t deal with wrench-throwers, broken promises, or playing favorites with “gravy” work. The team works together, customers are treated right, and Gary makes sure it stays that way.
