The Hospitality role specifically works side by side with members to manage the upkeep and functionality of the Clubhouse kitchen and dining area. Responsibilities include menu planning, shopping, food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanup for groups of 30+ people. Individuals with experience working in cafeteria's, schools, and homeless shelters are strongly encouraged to apply! Qualifications:High School/GED plus 1-year related experience and/or trainingMust have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicleRequirements:Experience with the mental health population preferred Strong skills in the food prep and serve safe techniques that can be taught to members in the ClubhouseMust be organized in the kitchen and have the ability to plan menu's effectivelyStrong time management skills requiredAbility to serve groups of up to 50 people requiredServe Safe Certification, or similar certification preferredAbility to maintain a clean and safe environmentAt least 1- 2 years of hospitality/cooking skills requiredMust be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers', and community organizations. “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
