Criterion Medford Early Intervention Program is currently seeking a full time Program Director.This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Early Childhood Services and the Executive Director.Responsibilities:Possesses tact and courtesy when relating to children, parents and co-workers.Complies with all agency, state and federal documentation requirements.Maintains confidentiality as specified by agency policy, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Participates in recruitment and termination of staff.Provides orientation and training to staff.Provides supervision to all staff.Completes probationary and annual performance evaluationsParticipates in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.Facilitates referrals to school systems and other community providers.Maintains appropriate communication with physicians, clinics and other community agencies.Meets with the Senior Director of Early Childhood Services on a regular basis.
