We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bridge Inspection Team Leader to support bridge inspection and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.The Impact You'll MakePerform routine, in-depth, fracture-critical, and special bridge inspections in accordance with SNBI.Plan and execute bridge inspections.Conduct field assessments of bridge components, including superstructure, substructure, bearings, decks, joints, and ancillary structures.Document structural deficiencies, deterioration, and maintenance needs using field notes, photographs, sketches, and inspection software.Prepare bridge inspection reports and condition assessments.Review existing bridge plans, prior inspection reports, and load rating information prior to inspections.Utilize access equipment such as ladders, under-bridge inspection units, lifts, boats, or rope access systems as required.Coordinate traffic control and safety procedures.Support structural evaluations, emergency response inspections, and asset management tasks as needed.Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, municipalities, and state agency personnel on project deliverables.
