Participates in various distribution channel management activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.Job Description:

Develop and manage commercial accounts across the eastern united states

Participates in establishing prospects and developing a professional relationship to understand the customer needs.

Aids in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

Prospects bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.

Participates in the development of new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.

Assists in identifying prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.

Participates in the development of personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.

Participates in trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization.

Drive sales in eastern USA

Develop commercial partnership relations

Find new markets for existing products

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED with 5 years of Account Management Experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Account Management Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ Years of Combustion System or Boiler related industry experience

Proven record of sales growth

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with both external customers and across functional teams of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates.

Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownership.

Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize.

Unwavering customer service orientation with appropriate level of customer empathy.
