We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Field Operations to lead and optimize field-facing operational strategy and infrastructure supporting the build out of a high-performing Commercial field team to support a brand launch. This role drives compliant, efficient, and insight-driven field operations across the Hematology Franchise and plays a critical part in ensuring operational readiness for product launches and ongoing field excellence initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute field operations strategy aligned to commercial and medical objectivesOversee field technology platforms (CRM, roster systems, reporting tools) in partnership with ITLead territory design, roster management, and alignment processes to ensure compliant coverage modelsCoordinate onboarding operations with Training, HR, and ComplianceDirect field reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and business insightsEnsure all field processes meet FDA, OIG, and corporate compliance standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and qualityPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance
