We believe skills and experience are transferrable, and the desire to dream big makes for great candidates.We are seeking a Business Analytics Manager   to join our Global Sales Operations organization and help to build out analytics and reporting in support of Sales Play initiatives.  The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, has a creative problem-solving mindset, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, GTM, with the primary objective of providing leadership with data & recommendations on Sales Play during their quarterly planning to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. What you get to do in this role:

Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to evaluate potential Sales Play impact based on past performances.

Advises during planning on Sales Plays linked to various focus groups, outcomes and execution options

Work directly with GoToMarket leadership in various Geographies on business-critical reporting needs around Sales Plays

Extract data sets, perform analyses, build models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence

Support Senior Leadership to make informed, data-based decisions by providing business analyses and analytical support

Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales Finance, Sales Operations or top tier consultancy

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and come up with creative solutions

Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis and present insights in a clear manner

Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment

Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges & strives for success

Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.  PowerBI experience preferred
