Description We are offering an opportunity for a Clinical Contracts Manager to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. The role involves working within the life sciences industry, specifically in handling legal aspects of clinical and vendor contracts. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and review clinical/vendor contracts in the life sciences industry Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure they align with company requirements Respond promptly to queries and concerns related to contracts, aiming for a response time within 24 hours Review and understand financial protocol language associated with Clinical Research Organization (CRO) budgets Ensure global compliance in contract management, having experience working on contracts outside of the United States Maintain a detail-oriented relationship with Clinical Research Organizations, managing their contracts and agreements Utilize skills in Clinical Research, Contract Management, Vendor Agreements, and Contract Negotiations to achieve job functions effectively. Requirements Previous experience of 5+ years in the role of a Clinical Contracts Manager or similar position Demonstrable competency in Clinical Research Proficiency in Contract Management and Contract Negotiations Familiarity with Vendor Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements Background in Life Science or related field Strong skills in Contract Negotiation Proven track record in managing Contract Negotiations effectively Must possess a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal aspects of clinical contracts.
