Boston Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 0–5 years of experience who is interested in working on embedded systems, robotics, and mixed-signal design. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to develop innovative solutions for a wide range of applications, including control systems, power conversion, and robotics Ability to: Designing, developing, and maintaining embedded systems for hardware control, sensing, and human interface Collaborating with hardware and software teams to integrate embedded systems into larger product architectures Conducting system-level testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of embedded systems and control solutions Working with sensor systems, communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN), and embedded peripherals Documenting system specifications, design procedures, and testing protocols. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance procedures in product development Experience with the following is a plus: Electronics design and development  Embedded C/C programming languages for microcontrollers and processors Communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN hardware-software integration and debugging of embedded systems Optional Skills:  Experience with FPGA programming in Verilog of VHDL Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee) Control systems design, including motor control, PID loops, and sensor integration Knowledge of Python and/or MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and test
