About the role: This is a remarkable opportunity to help lead ServiceNow’s aggressive transformation into an AI-native company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in the trenches with engineers and customers—someone who wants to build, test, and learn hands-on. In this role, you’ll be embedded alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), working directly with customers to experiment with real enterprise use cases. You’ll take what you learn from these deep engagements and abstract them into scalable product patterns that shape the next generation of ServiceNow’s AI-native data, workflows, analytics, and agentic processes. This is a role for a true builder who is equally comfortable in customer workshops, whiteboarding with engineers, and iterating rapidly in the platform. About the opportunity: Embed with Forward Deployed Engineers Partner daily with FDEs in customer environments to co-design, prototype, and validate new AI-native solutions.
