The Referral Resource Coordinator (RRC) manages referral and case activity to ensure follow-up and/or response on site to hospitals occur in a manner that meets NEDS’ mission and best serves donor families. This position participates in a remote work capacity and schedule that provides oversight of new and open referrals and dispatching of staff 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.Please note: Only candidates with previous OPO experience in a clinical role such as a Donation Coordinator, Critical Responder or Referral Resource Coordinator will be strongly considered.
