Collaborate with business teams to develop the case for their solution
Perform product development and product management responsibilities as needed to support teams in developing their case
Coordinate connecting colleagues to available new technology awareness tool (tech landscape, tech radar)
Engages with business leadership to understand and support their processes for collaborating with the SSO
Research trends around new technologies (including software) and ensure we understand the potential impacts of these technologies
Support the tech sensing (internal and external) to keep our tech landscape and tech radar up to date
Develop materials, frameworks, and approaches to enable the business engagement process
Facilitate the Digital Ecosystem COI / Futurist Society framework
Skills You'll Use Every Day
Expertise in collecting requirements and modeling financials, including commercial models, to support the development of strategies
Ability to analyze and interpret sophisticated data sets, perform data modeling, and build significant reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
Proficient in Design Thinking including experience crafting and facilitating working sessions to support customers in elucidating what they want to build
Experience in performing technical evaluation
Excellent project management skills
Leadership Skills
Self-starter with the ability to work with and quickly gain the confidence of senior leadership
Acts with a customer-first approach with ownership and accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with collaborators, capture requirements, facilitate meetings, and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, or product owner; if a product owner, must have at least 4+ years of experience working in a consultative role with non-technical colleagues
