What you get to do in this role:Collaborate with Digital GTM leadership to identify, prioritize, and develop comprehensive enablement strategy specifically aligned to Digital GTM roles.Design comprehensive training and activation programs tailored to unique needs of audience and GTM strategy.Utilize various modalities, including workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions, to accommodate diverse learning styles.Track, analyze, and interpret seller performance metrics to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.  Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leaders and sales teams.Partner with sales managers to reinforce coaching strategies and foster a high-performing sales environment.Leverage global programs when applicable to drive knowledge acquisition and skills development.Hub-based, aligning with the office requirements of the Digital GTM team.
