DescriptionSeeking an experienced Program Director for Group Home in Webster, MA.Full-time Exempt role starting at $50,611.79/year.Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and serves individuals with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. This position is located in Webster, MA and is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid drivers license
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education or other related field or High School Diploma with 12 years relevant Human Service experience required
Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required
Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland
