Primary PurposeAs the department head, the Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for rapidly driving scale and maturity in the marketing organization, with a mission to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and customer engagement. This role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, fostering a high-performing team culture, and achieving key performance objectives to contribute to the company’s overall success.Essential FunctionsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Build a high-performing demand gen engine for efficient conversation by sales

Proactively manage 3P Agency performance on a frequent and recurring basis

Develop and test multichannel customer acquisition strategy

Build a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to sales and business objectives

Work with sales leaders to define marketing objectives and targets

Develop prospect and customer segmentation and engagement journeys

Define tailored messaging architecture for key segments

Continuously improve conversion funnel through ongoing advertising and website optimization

Manage website roadmap and development resources

Oversee Website and Paid Media A/B testing

Align spend to highest revenue generating advertising strategies and campaigns

Define and deliver marketing capabilities through a high-performance marketing technology strategy

Manage website data collection (Call Rail + GA4) and email automation

Monitor link between website/call data, CRM, and Agent portal

Design and execute marketing KPI and data framework; use data to support the optimization of offline conversions

Create & maintain detailed reporting for circulation to all stakeholders

Establish revised lead prioritization model and baseline performance by lead type

Guide and nurture a high-performing digital marketing team, that fosters innovation, collaboration, and a positive atmosphere

Act as a brand ambassador for the company emphasizing our mission of Easy, Safe and Clean

Perform other duties as assigned

Capable of operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Prior Private Equity experience is a plus

Strong leader with the ability to teach and foster continuous improvement

Experience installing systems and processes from scratch

Deep experience managing media buying, design, and website development agencies

Strong analytical skills and ability for Business Analysis, with advanced proficiency of Google Analytics

Experience measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, etc.), using ROI and KPIs

Experience understanding consumer needs, translating insight into value propositions, and applying marketing techniques including (but not limited to) digital, social, and mobile to increase product adoption

Ability to lead delivery of website user experience testing and optimization

Prior experience managing performance marketing agencies and optimization of media spend across paid, organic, social, email, and other channels

Comfortable managing businesses across multiple channels and end-use applications

Strong communicator with ability to clearly articulate vision and direction

Able to travel as needed

Salary Range$128,800.00 – $193,200.00 / yearPay Transparency StatementAt United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
