Description:

• Engineer will work with other members of the post-silicon team to validate silicon products with Ethernet and PCIe interfaces.
• This will include writing or updating test plans, writing test infrastructure, executing the required tests, and debugging any issues that surface.
• It may/will include providing support during customer issue resolution.
• It will also include support and debug of automation frameworks for new and existing products.
• Finally, it will entail generating validation reports for internal and external customers that are suitable for consumption.

Required Skills

• Experience with Ethernet and PCIe protocols.
• Familiarity with git repos, Linux, and Python.
• Comfortable around and interfacing with hardware.
• Excellent debug and communication skills.

Required Education

• BSEE

Required Years of Experience: 5

Desired Skills

• Solid understanding of signal integrity concepts.
• Experience with PCIe up to Gen 5.
• Exposure to a wide variety of Ethernet protocols.
• Experience with low-level networking firmware.

Desired Education

• MSEE

Desired Years of Experience: 7
Additional Information

• This position will be helping validate start-of-the-art datacenter and 5G silicon products.
