KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a small manufacturing company located in the greater Northampton, MA area who is looking for a Payroll Clerk for an immediate part-time opening. Reporting to the Owner, the Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll and administering employee benefits. This role is onsite, for about 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare tax info for CPA
- Submit weekly payroll
- Adjustment of withholdings
- IRA contributions
- Track vacation hours
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Desktop experience required
- 2 years of payroll processing experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation Package: $24-27/HR DOE
