College Street Motors has an immediate Service Writer/Advisory position available.
We are looking for a friendly, courteous person to fill this position.
Daily duties would be:
Scheduling appointments through phone conversations or personal contact.
Intake of customers. Talking to customers about their auto concerns and issues to be repaired at drop off.
Relaying the information and concerns supplied by customer to the Techs.
Making up estimates from the Techs diagnoses and calling the customers to sell repairs needed.
Billing out the repairs orders and handing them to the customers for payment.
Service Writing experience preferred.
Must have a valid drivers licence and dependable transportation.
