As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our shop run smoothly during our busiest days. You'll be trained in all aspects of shop operations, including:
Food preparation (yes, you'll learn how the bagels are made!)
Customer service
Inventory and restocking
Opening/closing procedures
Supporting and leading the team
What We're Looking For:
Prior food service or retail experience
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Great communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Punctuality and dependability
