Rockwood Ag-Grid Organics, LLC is a facility that produces renewable electricity from manure and food waste that serves multiple municipalities in Western Massachusetts.
We have an opening for a full time, permanent position that offers benefits. Normal hours per week are 40 with overtime (and some Saturdays) during high volume periods, especially during the summer. Normal work hours are 6:30 am – 3:30 Monday thru Friday.
Major responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Unloading food waste trucks
Power wash food waste bins
Break down pallets
Load the depackaging machine
Cleaning the facility
Other jobs as assigned

Promtpness
Ability to be a team player and work independently
Good communication skills
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands
Experience with operating pallet jacks, skid steers a plus
Starting pay is commensurate with experience and there is potential for a merit raise after a 90-day evaluation. Uniforms are provided.
