Performing maintenance duties for apartment complexes; including preparing for apartment move-ins such as painting, cleaning, all repairs and renovations.
Performing routine maintenance around the building and apartments such as preventative maintenance and fixing damage.
Remodeling older apartments with updates may including changing cabinets; flooring (carpeting, vinyl or planks).
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing, unclogging, to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems.
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Painting apartments and common areas when old paint has become faded or chipped.
Snow operations: shoveling, snow blowing, snow plowing, salting sidewalks and parking lots in Westfield.
All other duties needed to assure smooth, timely move-in for apartment dwellings.
