Electrical contractor looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced office assistant to handle daily office duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, answering phone calls, running errands, and weekly payroll. This position is a temporary position while our current office assistant is on leave. We can accommodate either a full time or a part time position.
Skills, Abilities
Must be organized and self-motivated
Must have computer knowledge and be proficient in Word Document, Excel, and E-mail
Must be helpful with daily tasks
Must be able to multi task
Must have good attention to details
Must have professional demeanor on phone
Must be able to operate basic office equipment
Experience with contractor software Structure (C/F Data) is helpful
Accounting experience or background is helpful
Must have
Valid driver’s license
Vehicle with valid car insurance
Complete adherence to confidentiality
