Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. This person should be positive, organized, creative, a self-starter and be able to manage people in a respectful, professional, and kind manner.
As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing your landscape crew, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with one of the owners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of landscape foreman experience
· 3+ years of stonework experience building walls, patios, and walkways
· Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscaping, and plant care
· Knowledge of plant identification
· Knowledge of planting techniques for trees, shrubs and perennials
· Light carpentry skills
· Pruning skills
· Experience running tractors and Bobcats
· Experience in light grading work, seeding, and drainage
· Skilled with laser levels
· Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must obtain or possess a Massachusetts 2B Hoisting license
Benefits:
$27 to $31 per hour, based on experience
