Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bus driving, particularly in school or paratransit settings.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route
- Ensure the safety of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger and schoool bus endorsement
- Previous experience in bus driving, preferably in school or paratransit services
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent driving record with no major violations
