The Contracts Specialist will support the Legal department’s global contracting work. The position reports to the General Counsel and is based in Sirtex’s headquarters in Woburn, MA. Candidates must be available to come into the office (hybrid arrangement).PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial and clinical agreements, including customer agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing supply agreements, consulting agreements, services agreements, and clinical trial agreements.Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and practices and applicable federal and state regulations.Clearly explain contract terminology to business partners and other interested parties in simple, everyday language.Self-monitor progress according to target completion dates.Proo, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
