Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of a PulsePoint location.The Director I AI Technology is responsible for directing the delivery of smaller less complex AI and/or Digital product initiatives that optimize the value of artificial intelligence across the enterprise while enabling business needs including improving service and driving adoption of AI and analytics across the enterprise. Has oversight for enterprise-wide AI and/or Digital initiatives and products.How you will make an impact: Planning, directing, and controlling teams of resources and initiatives to drive and deliver AI objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management. Responsible for the planning and execution of company-wide efforts and goals and the ability to manage budgetary constraints. Directs teams with various capital and/or levels of responsibility and complexity that are broad in scope. Oversees budget development and management of those budgets. Establishes processes, sets objectives, and defines requirements to meet business goals. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders. Partners with customers to understand new product requirements. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience providing leadership and or leading teams or projects while demonstrating technical expertise in several specific technologies required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Experience as a program leader including but not limited to business case development through final implementation strongly preferred. Deputy Director The Massachusetts Department of Revenue Child Support Services Division seeks a Deputy Regional Director for its office in Woburn. Duties Oversee the delivery of child support services. Ensure that performance goals are met by implementing an effective workflow model in order to increase productivity. Work with the Regional Director to develop annual business plan and strategy to carry out mission of the CSS program, meet federal performance goals, and increase federal incentive dollars Oversee the statewide Enforcement Management team and business processes for DOR/CSS. Oversee the regional case management team for the Northern Regional office. Develop workflows and business processes for novel income/asset streams to meet agency goals and increase federal incentive dollars. Closely and continuously monitor and evaluate the business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Utilize data and analytical information to report progress and make critical decisions. Continuously improve the business processes. Develop and implement project plans and metrics to track progress against planned performance goals.
