Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on HVAC systems, including gas (furnaces and boilers), electric (traditional heat pumps and mini-splits), and air conditioning units.
Repair and replace key HVAC components such as compressors, coils, heat exchangers, TXVs, and components of zoning systems.
Provide expert troubleshooting services for HVAC systems, identifying issues and implementing the most effective repair solutions.
Provide high-quality customer service, clearly explaining work completed and offering recommendations for future services or upgrades.
Participate in an on-call rotation, including one Saturday and one Sunday per month, as well as one to two weekdays per month, ensuring emergency service availability for clients.
Promote and sell maintenance memberships to customers, and generate leads for the sales team.
