Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Global Supply Chain Management with exceptional leadership and executive communication skills to join the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Supply Chain Team. This Senior Manager role is accountable to the UTMD Supply Chain lead and is responsible for ensuring alignment across the UTMD portfolio (Development & Test, Production, Sustainment) for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), integration/continuity of sales forecasting, management of critical suppliers and other cross UTMD activities. This role requires a contributor that can excel in a matrix work environment by working collaboratively with both suppliers and internally within the UTMD Supply Chain Team, the larger Raytheon Supply Chain Team and across the product portfolio.This position is an onsite role.What You Will Do

Responsible for execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and supporting SBU financial objectives including Sales Forecasting, Margin Expansion through R&O management, and support of cash milestones.

Responsible for cross portfolio alignment of Financial Planning and Sales & Operations Execution

Cross portfolio Line of Balance, Hardware Build Chain & Can-Build metrics.

Management / Sales forecasting of critical subcontractors

Strategic Material Program Planning to ensure the competitiveness and performance of all programs throughout the entire lifecycle (proposal through closeout).

Establish credibility and trusted relationships with Raytheon Program / Product leadership teams and Raytheon executive leadership.

Able to work independently with minimal direction while leveraging his/her team of managers and individual contributors.

Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Master’s Degree in relevant field of study such as Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering

Experience with financial budgets to include AOP/LRE creation, material forecasting/sales realization, EVMS (budgeting and cost / schedule and performance management metrics)

Experience managing financial and operational Risks and Opportunities

Supplier and Customer negotiation experience

In-depth understanding of defense technologies and Import / Export requirements

New supplier assessment and development (RESA)

Experience supporting product life cycle including development, production, and sustainment.

Experience with and ability to manage supply chain and program tools and technology.

Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-functional project teams.

Strong leadership experience with record of success in fast-paced, changing environment in a matrix’ d (multi-functional) organization.
