Full Time Finance Administrator

Assistive Technology distributor is seeking a full-time Finance Administrator. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to oversee the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate records on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Using QBO, execute daily A/P & A/R and all banking & credit card transactions.

- Create and edit item codes, pricing and product data in QBO.

- Balance accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions and keeping accurate records of financial transactions to ensure legal requirements compliance.

- Maintain and manage historical records.

- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting data.

- Comply with federal, state, and local legal demands; report & advise management.

- Work with additional team members to share knowledge and collaborate to help strengthen our accounting practices.

- Other support responsibilities as applicable.

Qualifications:

- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)

- Extreme attention to detail; Extremely organized

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred

- 3 years of financial experience preferred

- Experience using MAC OS, Apple Mail, Apple Calendar, iTunes, and Evernote a plus

- Can successfully work independently and in a team environment

- Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience.
