Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires. Candidates with human services, residential care, direct care, day program, and caretaker experience encouraged to apply! Spanish Speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience working with elders or individuals with disabilities is required. One year supervisory or human service experience preferredKnowledge of and respect for diverse populations.Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle, willingness to transport members in personal vehicleFluency in Spanish preferred but not required “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
