In this position, the candidate will be an integral member of the technology savvy Protein Engineering Group that delivers "Therapeutic Biological Molecules" into the pipeline. The position offers an opportunity to not only engage in the discovery and molecular engineering of biotherapeutics but also develop new processes and technologies for therapeutic discovery.Key Responsibilities:

Champions DNA inventory management and handoff to downstream partners.

Continuous optimization of processes and automated workflows to address evolving needs.

Scale up and QC DNA as needed.

Management of outsourced DNA preparation.

QualificationsKey Skills & Qualities:

Experience executing automated workflows. Experience optimizing automated workflows would be preferred.

Skills in DNA purification at small and large scale.

Basic understanding of DNA sequence analysis.

Basic understanding of antibody structure and function.

Ability to communicate across diverse teams.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. in molecular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, immunology, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience

Hands-on experience in molecular biology skills including DNA preparation, quantification, agarose gel and sequence analysis.

Demonstrated ability to follow established processes with a high attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in a collaborative scientific team.

Demonstration of clear, concise, and timely communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

A minimum of 1 years of industry experience

Preclinical development of antibody and/or CAR-T based biotherapeutics in an industrial setting
