National RE Mgmt. Company seeks accomplished and experienced superintendent for a 103 unit portfolio, scattered over 10 locations in the Fitchburg, MA area. Successful and extremely organized candidates must have at least 5 years experience in all trades and appliance repair. Responsible for completing work orders, cleanliness of grounds, snow removal of walkways, turning over apartments in a timely manner. Position requires living with 1/2 hour of complex for after hour emergency calls.
