We are looking for a reliable and motivated Concrete Foundation Crew Member/Foreman to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in learning the ins and outs of concrete work, specifically in foundations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting forms and pouring concrete foundations & footings
Maintain safe and organized worksite
Operate hand tools and small machinery
Help with material handling and site prep
Assist with clean-up and site maintenance
Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete work or construction is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with a positive attitude
