Small landscape operation seeking experienced mow and maintenance employee(s)
Experience required.
Valid MA drivers license required.
Wright stander experience preferred.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced landscaper to essentially run their own mow and maintenance schedule independently. Generally, the work is pretty light duty throughout the season outside of spring/ fall cleanups.
The right, trusted individual will be paid based on experience and initiative. The owner of the company treats people very well and appreciates quality work so lunch, bonuses etc. are things that are commonly earned, not to be confused with expected. He is seeking the right individual to essentially operate the business for him down the line.
The position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time quickly depending on proven experience.
