Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the operation and maintenance of boiler systems. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to boilers, HVAC systems, and associated equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose problems effectively.
Conduct inspections of boiler systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Assist in the installation of new boiler systems as required.
Experience
MUST HAVE a 3rd CLASS ENGINEERING LICENSE FOR BOILER OPERATIONS IN MA
Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar field service role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
Familiarity with hydraulic systems and their operation within boiler systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
