This is an exciting opportunity for the right person. Our company requires a professional candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounting that can assist the owner and controller with accounting and administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
Posting Accounts Payable through check writing
Posting Accounts Receivable order entry through billing
Cash receipts and deposits
payroll, verifying hours and jobs
Follow up with Vendors and Customers Issues
General office duties: including scanning, filing, and phones
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in AP, AR, Payroll through GL entries.
5 years working Accounting experience
Self-Motivating, Organized, Detail Oriented Person
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong computer skills with particular strength in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates commitment to accuracy and detail
