Tasks:
- ACCOUNTS Payable Data entry
- Provides high level of administrative assistance and support to the Owner
- Professional communication (phone, emails) with staff, clients, vendors, town officials (you are representing the owner)
- Complete projects and special assignments that require in depth research of various construction products or programs
- Be comfortable with getting multiple bids on job quotes and narrowing down to best options to present to the Owner
- Assist in coordinating logistics for any events or travel plans of Owner
- Facilitate smooth operations between all of the Owner's businesses
- Develop understanding of all of the business' priorities and goals
- Suggest business process improvements and implementation
- Manage calendars, important reminders
- Manage vendor relationships and address any needs/ issues that may arise
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with other staff and be able to cover areas that need coverage to do illness, vacations or special circumstances
- Maintain confidential information, files, and records with high level of integrity and discretion
- Input information and data correctly and can catch your own mistakes and those of others
- Be mobile: can check post office box, drop packages, bank deposits and other general errands
- Operate and troubleshoot office equipment like computers, printers, shredder, label machine etc
- Order and maintain all office supplies; light office cleaning
