Sales Manager - Solar Farm Subscriptions

We are seeking a Sales Manager (and representatives), who will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential customers to local community solar projects.

Community solar is NOT rooftop solar - meaning renters and lower income communities can participate in the transition to a clean energy future. There is no installation, no long term contracts or any fees, no credit checks - just guaranteed savings from local, community solar developments!

You will be at the forefront of the green energy revolution, driving sales, fostering relationships within the community, and contributing to the reduction of carbon footprints.

Qualifications will vary depending on the role we bring someone on for, but for management:

Minimum 3 years sales experience, in an outside residential sales environment, leading teams.

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; high school diploma and experience required

Benefits:

Support:

Our sales support staff will handle front end recruiting, most of the administrative work, all accounting, provide account management and more. This would be a new region we are opening, and the hired team manager would have a say in the location of the office.
