We are looking for an entry level Test Site Support Analyst to be part of our PD IT PDO Powertrain and Emissions Test Site Management team. In this role you will be responsible for implementation planning, distribution and deployment of PC components in engineering test cells. You will partner with Product Development Test Engineers to ensure ongoing quality and sustainability. Additionally, you will develop and support test programs that run the test cells in alignment with the Test Engineers and changing test requirements and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support/development and integration of the test cell solutions related to IT infrastructure and software Test Cell Automation Tools.Work closely with the IT Service Desk, PC Renewal team and other key IT partners to quickly resolve open ticketsData management middleware tools New development to support regulatory requirements. Maintain miscellaneous sustainability tasks Maintain team documentation Be an advocate for customer requirements
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Operating Systems 1 to 2 years of experience programming language (.NET, C, etc.)Experience with Linux Data Acquisition and Control Previous experience in the area of IT day to day operations and customer supportExperience using the Microsoft Office suite of applicationsExcellent process discipline skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalDesire to build functional and technical perfectionExperience with incident and problem resolutionUnderstanding of Network infrastructure.
