The Head of Benefits for Continental Automotive, US will be responsible for the design and development of competitive health and welfare programs, defined contribution and defined benefits programs and strategies including implementation of plan changes, amendments and annual activities (i.e. Annual Enrollment).Specific responsibilities would include:Manage vendor partner relationships and work closely with consulting partner regarding renewals, RFP’s, strategy, and regulatory changes.Work with auditors, actuaries, and advisers with reoccurring reporting requirements, audits and annual filings.Counsels business leaders, managers and employees regarding health and welfare programs, defined contribution and defined benefit programs.Work in collaboration with HR Operations, Payroll and HR IT in regards to the setup and sharing of data for Benefit Platforms and management of employee benefit deductions.
