Title:Property Leasing Specialist Interviewing ASAPHours:Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmHybrid role-= 2 days in the office and must be willing to commute to Shelby Township, MIMust haves:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Leasing Agent/Leasing Coordinator/Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Management role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants and property owners

Customer service skills - handle tenant concerns promptly and use problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Managing tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring nothing falls through the crack
