Lead the development, casting, machining, welding, and assembly of metal components, focusing on aluminum materials such as battery trays, covers, structural plates, and protective shields.Manage part procurement, assembly, and testing through various stages of battery program development.Ensure the completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements and Technical Knock-Out (TKO) criteria.Perform battery pack teardowns for root cause analysis and issue resolution.Execute Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) for initial production tool sample builds and complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).Guarantee the successful completion of final validation and support all battery build milestones.Oversee deliverables and milestones with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, including organizing meetings to address engineering challenges.
