Plan service capacity, forecast demand, analyze software performance, and tune systems
Provide service for servers, load-balancers, and data storage across a variety of places
Provide end user support, troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and computer system issues
Requirements
Network operating systems knowledge - as well as knowledge of programming or scripting language - is highly valued
Command of clustered and virtual storage solutions
Experience in high bandwidth HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching
2+ years of related experience
Experienced in crafting, analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems
Foundational knowledge in system administration and server experience
Basic End user support, Hardware, and Software Troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting
Microsoft Exchange experience desired
Microsoft Office 365 experience highly desired
