If it’s not broken, don’t fix it, improve it.Currently, we are seeking a Training & Development Specialist to become a part of the HIROTEC team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops training policies, programs, and schedules, based on identified organizational training needs.
Organizes and develops training manuals, reference materials, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas as needed operationally.
Researches and selects outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific topics.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (UKG Pro a plus).
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking training records.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
The position requirements include a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and employee relations skills, along with excellent oral/written communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
