the health of our residents.Check out our website: https://forefronthealthcare.com/Job descriptionSupports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs.Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomesComply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary programReview menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistenciesSupports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchenImplement Health & Wellness initiatives
