Local, Experienced Real Estate Investor looking for an EXPERIENCED Handyperson/Contractor for remodel.
Home located in Battle Creek, MI.
Prefer someone who has a small crew/partner to get this project done in our timeframe needed.
Exterior work needed: finish deck, hopefully some painting depending on weather.
Interior work Needed: Some drywall, paint throughout, EVP flooring/subfloor, Kitchen cabinets/counters etc reinstalled, Bathroom finished, Trim, Miscellaneous, new light fixtures/ceiling fan, minor plumbing. (We have electrician/plumbers for major work)
Probably approximately a 3 week project for 2 to 3 people who knows what they are doing.
1099 Income only We pay by the job. Not the hour. We buy most all materials.
We are always actively looking for more homes in and around the Battle Creek areas, and looking for a really good contractor(s) to be on our team))
You must have the following to apply:
1. Live relatively local to the Battle Creek, MI area. PLEASE DO NOT apply if you live more than a reasonable drive time to Battle Creek! Ideally less than an hour.
2. Highly skilled/Experienced in ALL or at least most areas of home remodeled.

5. Have Honor and Integrity
6. Can work independently and a problem solver. Not a whiner. We want a Winner
7. Be able to restore our faith in Contractors again
8. Have all own tools for the job/ have fully insured truck/suv or trailer. Have valid, current driver's license.
