Duties :
Running plastic bond conduit, pulling wire, underground piping, working on conveyor systems, lightning, recpt, limit switches etc.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform electrical work efficiently and safely.
Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Renovate existing electrical systems as required by project specifications or client requests.
Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations as well as the NEC during all work performed.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Skills
Proficient in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation.
Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
Experience working as a commercial electrician in various settings.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Competence in handling high voltage systems safely.
Knowledge of low voltage applications and installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
